Thule Box on OEM Racks? 89 XJ

Anyone know what the weight limit would be for the factory roof racks on an 89 XJ? They seem a bit flimsy and I'm wondering if they'll take the weight of a loaded Thule box.

It might be in the owners manual.
I kinda remember somebody posting that it said 150 lbs for their '90 in it.
