Default Throttle Body Leak?

When pouring Seafoam into my throttle body, I noticed some of the Seafoam dripping out of the TB bowl where the throttle plate linkage goes into the bowl. Is that normal or is there a leak there? If it is a leak, can you replace the bushings in there without replacing the whole throttle body?

Thanks,

Flash

Thanks for the replies. Determined there was no problem there.
