Default Threaded rods holding upper and lower rad supports?

I'm not sure what these little threaded rods are called, but I just snapped one trying to get the little nut off the top. There are 4 of them, and they hold the upper and lower parts of what I call the radiator support, for lack of a better term. The lower end is L-shaped, and the top has a small 8mm nut on the end.

Are these things available anywhere? If not, is there an easy way to fab up a replacement?

Here's what I'm trying to do. I'm trying to separate the condenser far enough from the radiator so that I can slide through those plastic lock anchors for the aux trans cooler I'm mounting. I need to get the upper radiator support thingy (green arrows) lifted up enough so that the tab will clear the mounting bolt on the condenser (yellow arrow). I can't do that without removing those damn long threaded rods (red arrows), even with the main mounting bolts on the end (blue arrows) removed.
