315Kmi is alot (or if you are talking kilometers, then the XJ has a ways to go before it is getting up there.), even for an XJ but if you get a good deal on it what the hell, ive seen some make it almost to 400 before if really well cared for. For campin and lighter off roading a 3inch lift is all your gonna need. Good luck.

how clean, rusty, wrecked etc will make a Jeep cheaper.

If its in great shape, and has no rust, with the lift etc it is a good price.

no fender flares a couple of spots of rust only on fenders. it starts right up but there is a belt wine the guy says its the pully on the compressor? but it goes away when it warms up he said the air conditioner works geat but the heat does not very well ,could just be the heater core pluged? can get new for 100 bucks

Heater core replacement is an all day job. The dash must be removed. I would get a quote from a shop and reduce the price by said amount. Flares are $25 US around here.
