Are these two cracks in the head enough to make it scrapped?

Default Are these two cracks in the head enough to make it scrapped?
Working on a '97 XJ here with an 0630 that had an obvious head gasket leak (fumes in cooling system...). Cyl #5 looks very wet when I pulled the head.


I found two small cracks on the driver side of the head between cyl 2-3 and 3-4 (see photos). Are these in critical locations that make this trashed?

Well never mind... I just did a dye penetrant test and Cyl #2 has a massive Crack that I didn't notice in addition to the first two I noted. CHI or Clearwater??? Lol...
