U need a new radiator or get the old one rodded out but probably cost more than a new rad. Do it all at once....drain/flush/refill once.

That is an indicater to a possible blown head gasket or cracked head.

Pressure tested it. And its all good, so its not my head or anything.

Any other ideas?

Do you guys really think a water pump would help it more, because its over heating within 20mins of driving it.

Good deal.......bet that old rad could be out in about the time it takes to run compression. U won't believe how much room there is to change the water pump, fan clutch and t-stat when the rad is out. Then u'll be posting about the fun stuff.....lifts/wheels/tires, etc.

Suppose it possible on a very late build '99. Check the door pillar sticker for the build date.
