Sometimes some of my family members use my '92 cherokee and leave it in acc mode with the key turned below lock and the battery drains. I have also accidentally done this. Is there some way to disable it? A fuse I can pull? They also like to leave the doors open which makes the inside lights drain the battery. If I pull the fuse for the lights, will anything else cease to function, or drain the battery with the doors open.

Suggest you just make your family members aware that a condition of using the XJ is returning the key when they're done.

I'm guessing your 92 will be wired similarly to a 93, which means no, you can't. The RUN circuit from the ignition switch powers run specific circuits, and the ACC circuit is powered both in ACC and RUN positions and controls the very things that drain your battery.

If you full the fuse to turn off your lights, it also kills:
