As a tech I will give you my opinion. First get those plugs out of the engine. I have had more cars come into the shop with running problems due to the Bosch plugs. How did you use the seafoam? Did it go into the gas tank or did you run it through the intake? Gas mileage is a subjective thing. It depends as much on the condition of the vehicle as how you drive. If it came into my shop with no codes and running fine I would start with an induction service. I am not a fan of Seafoam. I use the AcDelco X-66A carb and tune up spray. I run it through the brake booster hose. It does a much better job cleaning the intake and valves than the Seafoam. Usually if the O2 was suspect you would have some kind of code. The computer is pretty quick about picking up on that. It would still be nice to hook it to a scan tool and see what is going on.

Well, the vehicle is 10 years old. Gaskets go bad over time because they deteriorate. Valve cover gaskets are an easy fix to DIY. Your air filter isn't too dirty, but I would replace it if this was my Jeep. They're cheap (if you go with OEM spec filters). I've got a 2000 Cherokee too and I've replaced the head gasket, upper radiator hose, all four shocks, air filter, front axle u-joints, front hub assemblies. I've replaced transmission and transfer case fluid as well as serviced both differentials and I'm going to replace a downstream O2 sensor. My to do list before I can upgrade is track down my emissions leak, replace brakes all around and replace the window washer solvent resevior.
I'm in the same boat you are - a bunch of little things going wrong that need attention.

i use autolight plugs. not the best in the world but cheap and have never done me wrong! do you have any oil in your radiator or is your oil a milky whitish color? that would be the symptoms of a blown head gasket. no reason to replace it if it is fine. also you can check for vacuum leaks by listening for a sucking sound in your engine bay, your idle will also be slightly higher.
sucking hmmm well engine bay is pretty loud and i wouldn't know what im listening for because i haven't heard a blown gasket sound
Hmmmmmm i found this product proven to work

You won't hear a blown head gasket. The tell tale signs are water in the crank case oil turning it white or grey and excess pressure in the cooling system. You also may see steam from the tail pipe.

If you use a sealant like that you run the risk of plugging up the lines to the heater core, and the heater core itself. That is a pricey, long, frustrating job replacing a heater core. Use at your own risk.
cant believe know one mentioned this. 02 sensor, especialy the before cat sensor. I have seen on many occasion no codes but horriable milage. I actually remember a dodge caravan with no codes but getting 4 MPG!!! Yes, only 4 MPG. The o2 sensor was reading wrong, reading lean. Which won't always throw a code. Replaced it and problem went away.
