Was on the highway for a couple hours this morning and my temp gauge was all over the place, 210 and down to 100 sometimes, always fluttering never settling on a temp. The heat was on and blowing normal heat. Jeep sounded fine. Ive done some digging around and cant figure out if its the coolant temp sensor on the head behind the TBI, or the sensor thats in the radiator. Any help would be much appreciated.

Ok, so new sensor came today. Ordered from autozone, i know. Anyways, the new one has male connectors while the old one has female. Am i not looking at this right, or do i need to go back and raise a ruckus? Also, a quick rockauto look up, showed the same thing, inly they have a temp sensor connector you can order too. Do i just need to get one of those? Think ill go to napa this time. Im new to this town and didnt know there was ine here, or i probably would have gone there first
