temp gauge falls up & donw
temp gauge falls back down to 100 degrees , then back up to the 210 - jeep runs fine , heater works fine, not overheating. It was low on coolant, put more in & it still fell back to 100 , then back up to 210..

sounds like your coolant temp sensor could be faulty. Normally if you have air in the cooling system, the temperature gauge will spike high the quickly return to normal. Your's is doing the opposite which is weird. I think the MOPAR sensors are around 50 bucks.
