All my signal lights blink as they should but when I turn off my jeep, the tail lights, turning lights and the lights for shifter and 4x4 stay on. My headlights work fine.
I tried changing the dimmer/ headlight switch and that did nothing.
Im not too great at troubleshooting electrical so I was wondering if someone can tell me where to start looking. thanks

This is probably not causing your problem, but I had a car that when you turned the lights on, the right turn signal would light up on the dash. If you turned the signal on, it would flash, but when it turned back off the light on the dash would still stay on. All the lights worked fine, but I decided to check the bulbs anyway. The front right turn signal/parking lamp had a busted filament on the turn signal side, but it had crossed over top of the parking light side so that it still grounded and worked.
Otherwise, I have seen worn out hazard light switches cause similar problems to yours.
