switching rear end gears for mileage
I can't give you a definitive answer but it has a lot to do with how and where you drive. Do you drive mostly city driving? Hilly areas? A lot of weight in your jeep? Stock tires? I would say if you did mostly highway driving, and it was pretty flat and running street tires you might gain maybe 1 mpg I am guessing 2 at the most but if you pay for new gears and pay someone to do it, it would take awhile to see the payback.
