I just purchased a 99 Cherokee and am adding an Auxbeam switch panel for adding lights and the instructions say to connect to the switched fuse in the Power Distribution Panel under the hood. Does anyone know which fuse that would be? I have tried a few based on the wiring diagram and none of them are switched.

Take your meter and find a fuse that doesn't have power when the key is off. I don't think there are any in the PDC though.

It looks like the Auxbeam setup has a dedicated fused power wire that goes to the battery, and it needs a low-power switched power wire for it's control box. If OP can't find one in the PDC, the inside fuse box would be the next choice.
