Default Switch mounts

I have a couple of ideas about how i want to mount my switches for onboard air, lights, kill switch and such but would like to see some pics of what some of you have done. I think i want to build some sort of "pod" to mount on the ceiling above the front window but lets see what you've got.

Hey mike, did you install the overhead console yourself, or did it come on the cherokee?

Its nice to have them up there but why would you want to do all that work to snake the wires up there when there is plenty of room on the dash

Just my thought.

I love the look of that overhead console...although I think the first gen model with the silver switches was cooler looking than the big plastic ones....but then again, I just like flipping those types of switches LOL

Can you buy premade switch boxes like that?

Yea, I'm going to make my own, because so far I'm only finding 8-switch boxes for around $250!!!! Ridiculous considering how inexpensive the parts are. Looks like I'll figure this out with the forum's help!

**EDIT: I've been finding some for ~$30 that are just the panels with illuminated switches...the relays and wiring will cost extra...but it still seems like it'll be more fun to make it
