Exclamation Sway Bars Q/A

Ok so Ive seen a lot of threads about the front and rear sway bars and disconnects and taking them off, and stuff like that. So I would really like to just get some straight awnsers in one place. So I hope some people will post about running sway bars and not and why they are in important also info about disconnects. Please I'm new to the jeep thing, I'm used to old trucks with no sway bars. Thanks.

I removed the rear bar with no problems. I took off the links to the front and everytime I hit a pothole in the road the whole thing would shake. So I put in discos and everything is fine now.You dont need the rear bar at all.
