ok I probably sound like a newbie to jeeps when I ask this but whats the pros and cons about taking your rear and front sway bars off?

Better suspention articulation. You wont notice street performance. No drawbacks. If you run big tires and no lift and wheel it hard you may rub some.

Some XJs come from the factory without a rear sway bar,so it don't hurt to remove it.I threw mine away.Don't remoove the front sway bar.Get discos for it.Most xj's wander all over without a front bar.If you remove it then don't do any quick sharp turns or you could roll it.

the front sway bar make a hell of a difference in street performance and is high recommended not to remove it but to get quick disconnects.

the cost of the disco's is up to you. Some are a better design, but it just depends on what your looking for. Some on the forum have made thier own.

What are sway bars? LOL, First thing to go after lifting my XJ. Been off for 4 yrs and counting. Have driven it on the street many times and it doesn't wander or sway/rock like a boat like some ppl say. I don't even notice they are not there.
