Swapping Power Doors??

Has anyone ever swapped out the doors on there XJ? I have a 94 Country and hate the power locks and windows. I want to get new doors or swap out the motor assemblies for manual parts. Any ideas? I really think the door swap would be the easiest.

I second the hatred of power locks and windows. I have a 90 and non of the power crap works right. I dont really want to swap the doors but how difficult is putting the manual stuff in???

swapping the whole doors would be easiest......then resell your old ones to recoupe cost.

That was my game plan. I am going to start scouring the junk yards after the first of the year. I'm hoping I can work out some kind of trade with them.
