Suspension gurus, need input on alignment, death wobble issue
Gents,
Had a prior post about death wobble. Started with the simple, balance both tires, and an alignment. This is the alignment sheet from the shop. 2 issues, the right front is out of whack, something bent maybe? Would that induce DW? Also caster obviously wasnt adjusted, its 6.8 instead of the 7 deg number recommended, how important is that? Ride is an 89 wagoneer limited, 96k miles, hit a bump at 50 that started the DW, now anything over 57 or so and it starts. Thx , Cory

Off that print out i'm not seeing anything that would cause significant DW. Maybe the 1.5* of Camber on the front right but doubtfull. I would jack up the axle and start grabbing tie rod ends, drag links,u joints... and see if you can find any play in any of the compenents. also check the steering box is tight and responsive and that there are no cracks at the steering box mount.
