supr hard to get into 1st and 2nd???

Engine: 4.0L I-6 190 HP
supr hard to get into 1st and 2nd???
i hav a 93 jeep cherokee sport and it is super hard to put in to 1st and 2nd gear somtimes i hae to turn the jeep off to put it in 1st gear and when changing from 1st to second it is really really hard to put in second it is a manual 5 speed clutch res is full and clutch seems to be grabbing and feels fine any help would be greatly apperciated
