I wanted to do a lighting upgrade on my 00 XJ classic so I ordered some LED lights off superbrightleds.com. I needed 5 of the festoon 561LL bulbs because I have the overhead console. The bulbs arrived in the mail today but I can't figure out how to install them. It sounds like a stupid question but it just does not seem to fit. Has anyone else had this problem?

 

If they don't fit you ordered the wrong bulb.

I just got 5 bulbs from them for my Tundra. Before I ordered, I removed the dash, removed the bulb and measured it and compared to the excellent measurements on their website.

The only slight difficulty, about half were reverse polarity, so I turned those around. Now all are working "Super Bright"!!!

 

Yeah, I had the same problem. I ordered festoon type bulbs from SuperBrightLEDs for the overhead light and they didn't fit even though they were listed as compatible with the type of bulb that was originally in the console.

That was the only problem I had though, all the other led bulbs fit and worked great for my interior.
