With my job I run timber roads and plan to use my 235 75 R15's till their dead. Then I plan to go with a good 30 at most 31 inch tire, but probably 30's for the cost. Where I work it gets muddy and I get some deep ruts. There is no plan in my future for rock crawling this is just a daily work vehicle that must deal with the conditions above each day.

Typical Day run 50-100 miles on pavement and 10-20 off road on what I described above.

Is there a specific height or company better suited to my situation regarding a lift. Should I ingore a lift and just get a good bumper and winch and replace the factry stuff on my 95 with severe duty items?

 

I would go with a small lift and 31's. No more than 3", Jeeps are pretty capable with 31's.

 

Jeeps are very capable with 31s and a 3 inch lift should do just fine though you might find yourself wanting to trim the fenders a bit. Use the search tool and there are plenty of threads about that and while your at it if you want to keep the budget down you should look up bastard packs also.
