Exclamation Sudden Electrical Issues. Need help fast!!!

Alright, this has got me irritated as fudge! To start with, the vehicle in reference is my '93 XJ 2.5. I know the fuse block under the dash has issues with it and may need replaced, but I need other quick ideas first.

Here's what happened, in this order....I got a new Sony radio and installed it. Had to redo some of the wiring for it, but nothing extreme, just fixing wires. I know my constant and switched 12V power leads were touching at times and blew a fuse under the hood. Got it working good, other then it doesn't immediately turn off with the key. It stays on about 30 seconds longer unless I turn something else on, like my headlights.

Today, I noticed my turn signals were not working, but hazards were. Tried swapping the hazard and turn flashers, but still didn't work. After that, my dash wouldn't come on! Lights work with the headlight switch, but no warning lights or anything with the key on. Fuel gauge slowly drops to empty as well. All fuses pertaining to that were checked and were good.

I'm at a total loss for ideas, other then a bad fuse block. I checked the under hood panel and all the fuses are good. Don't know if any relays go to that stuff, so I didn't check them.

ANY and ALL ideas to check will be GREATLY appreciated! I need to get this fixed quick since she's my daily driver. Needs to be going again by Monday.

I'd start by fixing known issues and going from there, unless you want to rip apart literally the entire Jeep lol
