Default Stumped

Hows it going cherokee forum. I am stumped. First post for me . Only because every other question has been answered on this site..haha.
I've got a 98XJ. Love the dam thing but it wont stop stalling. Replaced the cps, iac, plugs, wires , distributor, ignition coil, tps. Everything that could be anything that I found on this site. Still doing it.
Happens after its warmed up. Stuttering at first. Give it some gas. Eventually stalls.will start back up, but in inevitably stalls out for good. Give it a good hour. Fired back up again.
Ugg!!..I could use some advise if anyone has another idea.
(Fuel pump) I dont know . I'm ready to put it in the drink. Thanks guys.

Is it throwing a check engine light?

What brand CPS did you install?

You could drop it off at my place. It should only take me a year or 15,000 miles to figure it out and fix it for you.

No spark. Plenty of fuel. The part that gets me is that it will come back after awhile..had it towed today and after the guy dropped it I jumped in and it fired off as if nothing was ever wrong. Crazy man.

"No spark."

Sounds like the coil is goiong bad. When this happens, it do exactly what the problem that you are having. Cold, works fine...then heats up and boom.

2nd that, mine had cracked, Everytime it rained would foul out all together, found it while running with a water bottle, it would arch against the motor

Does "plenty of fuel" mean your injectors are firing?

The fuel has to be at a certain PSI or it will shutdown. The fuel pressure guages can be borrowed from any auto parts store. See what the initial PSI is and then when it's running or stalls. I'd be willing to bet it kicks on and slow drops off... that's what mine was doing when I had the same issue you are.
