I have a Rough Country adjustable track bar with the tierod end. The tre went bad and now needs replacement. The problem is that I can't get it off. I tried PB Blaster for a week, I also got a 18" pipe wrench on it and no luck. It will not budge. Looking for Ideas on how to get it off. Someone told me not to use heat. Even if I did I don't have access to a torch, Only have hand tools avail. Need to get this thing done and procede to help get rid of a bad case of death wobble. Any help is appreaciated. This is also a DD so waiting for a new one is out of my budget. Thanks for the information.

Are you trying to unscrew the t.rod if you are I don't see were a little propane torch would hurt any when you do get it apart put some antiseize on the threads for the next time you have to replace it.

Go grab a map torch, they burn hotter than propane. That's what I used on mine and it worked great. Just be careful where you point it.
