home depot carries grade 8! That's where I got my 7/16"s bolts for my Upper Control Arms.

I already cut it out, went to the dealer and got the original bolt. They were 9.50 here. Now I've got a problem with the track bar on the frame end. Crown Nut wouldn't cut off so I cut the bolt below the bracket thinking I could just push it through. NOPE that's a tapered bolt! Dunno how I'm gonna get out of this one short of upgrading to a double shear bracket.

aren't those nuts mounted on the motor mount bracket? Your talking about the 2 bolts that go up and down right?

Some how on my 91 the nuts were separated from their connection point on the up/down bolts. I had to just install a nut/bolt setup in their place. When I purchased this jeep all 4 bolts on the trackbar bracket were loose!

No, I'm talking about the 1 nut on the tie rod end of the track bar.

i would sugest an impact gun on it before you try all this stuff, the vibration just might break it loose. mine was stuck in the same manner when i bought my jeep in 2004...and a good 10 min from an impact gun and it was off and reusable after i soaked it in CLR for a day
