Default Stretching your XJ?

Hey guys I've been curious about pushing my front axle forward slightly.
I'm at 3.5-4" of lift with 16" arms. I'm curious about stretching it another inch or so?
Any cons to this other than having to adjust the pinion height?

depending on how far forward you plan on going you may need to trim the lower front of the fender if ya havent already, but most kits above 4 inches push the front axle out a bit anyway, it just varies between brands and size.

cant think of many cons but your approach angle would be even better

Ya fender trimming would be obvious..at stock height I put on these 16" fixed lowers and handling felt much better! It felt more stable over bumps and more stable at highway speeds.
Now I got some adjustable lowers I was thinking of maybe running 17-17.5" eye-eye which will push my axle forward about 1-1.5"..anything more than that I think the bottom of the coil will lean forward which I was told would be a bad thing?
I would assume it would be better, pending how far they are leaning..reason being is when you flex the axle will fall down vs backwards?

keep in mind you have to keep things even if your running stock/fixed uppers your caster adjustment is going to go to complete **** and throw your pinion angle WAY out if you push the lowers out too far
