strange sound when turn right

strange sound when turn right
when i turn right there is strange sound like grrrr and i feel vibration when my leg on the floor ..
the stranger thing it just did the sound AND VIBRATION wile in gear if NOT IN GEAR NO SOUND NO V !!
is it shaft bearing ?

If you apply the brake in gear and give it any ammount of the skinny pedal (not enough to overpower the brakes) does the sound go away? check your power steering fluid and make sure its not only full, but not a ton of foam or a nasty color
