strange problem

Default strange problem
I just found out today that the bolts for my rear shocks on my 88 XJ are broken of in their holes and the shocks are welded on. an suggestions for fixing this without drilling out the bolts?

thats it... dont be afraid to tear into it.. youll become addicted

ACTUALLY.. heat it with a torch and use an easy out

if that dosent work, drill and tap
