Default Strange noise

So yesterday I was driving my Jeep and i noticed that every time i turn my wheel to the left it makes a strange rubbing/squeaking noise.
It sounds like it is coming from the front but its hard to tell.

Any ideas on what it could be?

Check the axle u-joint at the hub. It could be drying out/going bad.

Could be a few things. Does it only happen while turning the wheel or does it happen when going over bumps too? Get a buddy to turn the wheel and get under the front end, be very careful of moving parts!!! Listen to try and find where the noise is coming the strongest from, and if you still can't tell then put your hand on any suspected parts. Where you feel the vibration the strongest is where it's most likely coming from. It could be a ball joint or a bushing somewhere... just see what you can find out, and remember to be careful and don't get pinched.

Does it happen only when moving slow (like backing out of a parking space) and turning? Do you have a limited slip in the rear? If you answered yes to both these questions, you need to change the diff oil, with friction modifier.
Aside from that, it could be a u-joint, though that usually makes more of a clunk. or the obvious, it could be a tire rubbing.

it does make noise when i am moving slowly. But i cant hear it when i am driving over 25 so I am thinking it is the U-joint. i am gonna take a look at it again tomorrow. I did have it off road this past weekend so maybe that caused it to make noise

How do you change the differential fluid?
Any other suggestions? Advice when doing this?
I have figured out that it must be that.

Jack the back of the Jeep up (floor jack on the diff case, jack stands on the frame rails, then let the jack down)
Once its off the ground, remove the bolts around the edges, put a oil drip pan under the diff, and give it a few smacks with a rubber mallet (or plastic BFH) until it comes off. Do this with the topmost bolt still in but loosened so the cover doesn't fall.
Once it drains, clean it good in there, scrape all of the old silicone gasket off, make a new gasket (a thin coating on the entire mating surface works best), let it set for a few minutes, then put the cover back on. Fill with oil and LSD oil, and you are good!
