Is it common from the oil filter fitting (block end))

Just pull it and go to Napa and get o rings to replace the ones inside. Ive done it this way a hundred times. I believe some of the adapters are 15 mm bolt and some are like a t55 torx. Lube the o rings with a touch of new oil when re assembling.

The elbow pc goes against the block and the bolt with o rings goes thru it. Replace all o rings.
