stock rims & new tires

stock rims & new tires
getting ready to do my suspension. + 3 inches. need to start looking at tires. On the stock 15 inch rims, what tires are a good fit? I like 33s but i'd like to keep the tire somewhat narrow so i am feeling 31s. anyone out there played with alot of tires on the stock rims?
