Stock or not axle things?

What does the front axle of a stock Cherokee look like? i just got a 2001 and it has those bars on it that go like these yellow ones. Mine are black an i was woundering if they came stock on a 2001 cherokee? Sorry i dont know what they are called.

They are the one that go verticle like = and the one that goes like / at less of an angle

Ill be able to get a pic at about 4:00. Im at school (Only 16 yrs old). but i got my XJ a week ago and its my first car so i dont know too much about it at the moment.
