Default stock height from wheels?

I have a 1992 xj and it is stock. I had noticed that on one of the write-ups for lifts, (that had been posted in the past), was shown the stock height from the center of the wheels to the fender flares or edge of wheel wells. I will be keeping my xj stock for awhile and was wondering if the rear springs are sagging due to age? What is the normal height for a stock xj? I may do the 3" lift next year if possible or just replace the springs and put better shocks on. Any info would help. Thanks. My xj has pics in the album with side views.

Yeah, I think 17 in the front, 17.5 in the rear is how they came stock. Of course, even the newest are 8 years old now, so you gotta expect a little sag.

My leafs are flat as a board. Trying to convince my wife if I'm going to spend $250 on new leafs, I might as well get the 3" lift ones along with the rest of the kit for another $250

Not sure about stock height but every XJ in Ohio sags like 100 year old *****. It must be nice to have flat springs. Mine are in the negative arch.

I have never seen 100 year old ***** and shudder at the thought.hehe. Anyway, most of the xj's around my year have some sag. I was looking at the Quadratec mag I got yesterday and I think that the lift kits are the way to go. I would go with a 3 inch max. For some strange reason I just want to keep it stock until all of the other probs are worked out. Thanks. One thing I do need to do is get some thor armour in the future and not worry about the stock replacement rocker panels. After the wife gets her GC I will consider exterior mods to mine.
