Stock front skidplate
Just got my hands on a used front end OEM skidplate/brush plate.
Any idea what size/length the bolts need to be and how much drilling ???
thanks, Randy from Oceanside

There should be holes already for the bolts in the uniframe. The bolts are the same as the ones in the swaybar mounts.... Not sure exactly the size. Are you lifted at all ? I made some spacers for mine so it sits a little lower and protects the steering components. I think Gojeep had a good write up on this

I was under the front end greasing all my zerks this morning, and found a few threaded holes and thought: "what the hell are these for?" Then I remembered that some XJ's had front skids. Funny how this got brought up today after I was thinking about it.
