I have searched, but I have replaced most things, new Timken wheel bearings, new ball joints, new XJ track bar, new XJ drag link, new XJ TREs, new moog Upper and Lower CA, new steering stabilizer. I am still getting death wobble above 50mph. The front end is aligned, per spec as I saw it on the sheet. The only things not brand new are shocks and tires (23575R15).
what could be causing DW? What am I missing?

Have you checked the mounting of the steering box and the mounting bracket of the track bar ? and can you post the alinement print out .
Just to clarify, you are talking about true crap your pants, I'm gonna die, can't steer, gotta slow down to 10 mph to make it go away wobble right? Not just a shimmy or shake at a particular speed indicative of a wheel balance or roundness issue? Seems like you're hit all the common causes already
Crawl underneath with the Jeep on the ground and have someone crank the steering wheel back and forth. Look at and feel all the joints for any sloppiness or movement, including the steering box and track bar ends. Either disconnect the link to the pitman arm or jack the front up and see if you have play in the output shaft of the steering gear. Does it change if you swap tires front-back?

Thanks for the responses.
definitely death wobble. You absolutely have to slow down to less than 40mph for it to stop, but it appears more quickly if you hit a bump on the highway.
I do not have my alignment spec sheet. I did not get one when they did the alignment.
I will take a picture and post.
I have not changed the shocks.

I recently had to drill out the trackbar mounting hole in the axle and use a larger bolt and custom bush/collar to remove play caused by an ovalled hole.

+1 on the ovaled out track bar mount hole. Took me a few weeks to find that was my problem after replacing everything else. I thought I could tighten it enough but even a small amount of ovaling will get you death wobble. I ended up welding a washer inside of the track bar mount hole. Not the most elegant, but it has been working great for 5+ years.
