That I dont know about. It will be super expensive if they do and you'd have to get it from the dealership. Your best bet is to go to the junk yard and cut out the harness from an 88-90 XJ and wire it in yours. Probably cost you no more than $5 bucks and a little time.

The guy who owned it before you may have jimmy rigged all the wiring. Or it might be a blown fuse, bad ground, or bad head unit. Try running an inline fused wire directly from the battery to the head unit and see if it turns on. Dont forget to gound it.

the po of mine removed the stereo by cutting the harness out of the car itself he then relized he could just unhook it and let the plastic part of the harness in my front seat but he cut them to close to it so i cant reatach the wires

OUCH!!! Youre gonna have to run new wires for everything if theyre too short to attach new ones. You could aslo trace where all the wires originate from and pull them out from there and then attach new wiring and then re-route them. Thats all I can think of. OR... try looking for a spot in or under your dash where you could pull out all the stereo wires so that you could attach new wires with out having to completey pull them out form where they originate from.

Most aftermarket stereo wires will match the same colors as what is in the dash most of the time.
(or close to it)
Black/white = black wire / white stripe
White/black = white wire / black stripe
(or close to it)
Black/white = black wire / white stripe
White/black = white wire / black stripe

I cut the wire connector out so the stereo would fit better into the dash, and I was able to pull the harness out more to solder the wires.

Fellas this thread gave me a sad memory.
I spent I think three hours experimenting which wire was which in my 96 after the PO decided it would be a smart idea to cut the original factory harness and then not only did he do that. He spray painted all the wires to match the color of his new deck. So I had to pull the dash to get down to the original color/stripes.
God bless you and your wiring because I have no words to share that could be helpful
