Default Steering Wheel Swap

I have a original wheel with just the horn and jeep logo in middle of wheel. I'm wanting to change it out either for a new wheel or find another wheel like it at the JY. Reason for this is the original wheel is got some nasty sticky stuff all around the inside of wheel.

It previously had a steering wheel cover on it. As for the sticky stuff anyone know of a good cleaner to remove the sticky with out damaging the rubber on the wheel. Also the wheel is orange is color which totally does not match the grey interior of the jeep.

try goo gone, goo-gone or words to that effect, it is a yellow substance, look at places like Advance, autozone, or even grocery stores, & it works wonderful, ol'lady uses the stuff when she has to go to places to remove decals that have been in the sun for years, I saw it remove a decal stuck to the face of a tach on a motorcycle that should have been removed when new, but had been outside sitting in the sun for 15 years, nothing but finger rub, no residue, no scratching, no hard rubbing, & have seen it work as well on other sticky substances of unknown origin.

Or if you don't want to spend money on Goo Be Gone just use lighter fluid (main component of GBG).
