how do i know if its bad....still have a little wobble, everything is tight,changed pitman arm, control arm bushings, trackbar bushing, and tierod ends .....and do you recommend, currently have skyjacker on there now

When is the wobble? And if you take steering dampener off and it compresses without a fight it's bad. If it's a struggle to compress it then it's probably good. I'd look at a high steer kit, longer upper control arms to correst pinion angle or possibly even rotate your tires or have them rebalanced. I had a nasty death wobble around 36-40 and after pushing through it for months I rotated my tires and it went away.

I agree. I got rid of mine when I took passenger front and put it on driver rear, all problems went away after that. I bought 5 new after I figured that out cause the tire was as close to being balanced and it was gonna get and didn't feel like dealing with it anymore. I'd rotate and see what happens

You can check it by disconnecting one end and stroking it. It should have a fairly constant resistance from fully compressed to fully extended. If there is no resistance, it is jerky or different between push and pull, it's bad.
