steering problems....moving the whole mount!

Default steering problems....moving the whole mount!

where my stearing box mounts to the "frame" the whole thing is torqing and bending. is there any fix for this. some type of support i can buy or make to help clean up the steering?

i think im gonna do both. better safe than sorry. im gonna make the plates for the frame and but the brace. thank you very much. i dont know how i didnt see these when i was looking

I'm about to plate the unibody in that section...same problem. I should probably build a brace too to keep it from happening again.

check and make sure there are no cracks around the steering box.

there was one but we welded it back up. it was still moving and thats why i was worried haha

im just happy its a normal problem thats pretty easily fixed

so i took it to ok today to get it all looked at and figure out what i needed exactly and the worse case scenario happened.... the box broke off, every bolt.... now i need to replace it. but there is always a silver lining eveything else checked out and they only charged me $30 to diagnose all my problems ( rear driveline vibration ( pinion moves in the diff haha) front squeek( $16 u joint) and a few other sweet finds. overall happy im ready to fix this. and i bought the steering box brace so it wont happen again
