Default Starting Problem

its about 25 degrees outside and my jeep wont start unless you step on the gas, it runs fine after that. Before now it has always started fine, i took it to advance auto and they did a dignostics test and it said both o2 sensors were bad. Could that be the cause?

Possibly.

O2 sensors have a suggested life of about 45,000 miles. When did you last replace yours?

Unlikely. Sounds more like a TPS issue.

If your O2 sensors were bad, you should notice a driveability problem or poor fuel economy. If your jeep runs and drives with no issue, but needs some extra umphh to start to an idle its usually a idle air control problem.(IAC Motor)

Edit** just realized what I wrote earlier, my bad. Switched up my acronyms.

Both are tricky, they would only show up if they are completey dead. If they are slow or lazy, it might not show up as a fault, but you might catch them if you look at the live data.
