So I had been noticing that my jeep has been struggling to start, Battery is new and there are solid connections. This morning It cranked really slow and i thought it wasn't going to start but then it did, but when I went to leave work she struggled and didn't even turn over more than once before just winning and ceasing to work. It sounds like a dead battery but It wouldn't jump start and when i hooked up the charger the battery had a full reading. Would this indicate a bad Starter? Thanks.

Can you hear the starter clicking when you turn the key? Do the lights come on? If it isnt starting, try tapping the starter while turning it over and see if it starts for ya.

This is how I always approach these.
Get a meter and put it directly on the starter.
With the key in the ON position, you should have approximately full battery voltage directly at the starter.
If you do have good voltage, then suspect your starter.
If you do NOT have good voltage, then start working your way back into the engine bay to find out why you have "voltage drop".
Good luck!
