Anyone, if u can help. I am working on my daughters Jeep. So far have replaced starter relay and the starter. But the starter keeps trying to start. Is this something in the actual ignition.. The only way I can get it to stop trying to start the Jeep is to disconnect the battery. Anyone that has any knowledge about this issue would be so greatly appreciated. Thank You Shawna. hi,this maybe the actual ignition switch at fault.the switch is spring loaded to the start position,the spring may have broken and jammed the switch in the start position...stopping the switch springing back when you release the ignition key...hope that helps you.
