I removed the wiring harness and such and also removed the 2 bolts on the starter itself.... one behind the "solenoid" facing the rear and the one on the bottom of the starter facing forward.... Then i beat it with a hammer for a while and it still won't budge... Am I missing something?

Hit it harder. Dead blow hammers are cool.

 

Just get in there an really hit hard shouldn't be stuck much at all
