Squeaky suspension? How to fix?
My suspension on my Cherokee squeaks real bad when I either back up in reverse and turn into parking lots. I hear this is a common thing but is there a certain grease I can use to eliminate the noise? Maybe the front axle isn't greased idk. What should I do?

Buy a can of Fluid Film at Lowes hardware. (it is safe for rubber/plastic) and spray all of your rubber bushings (sway bar to frame, sway bar end links, and control arms, steering stabilizer, and the ones at the top and bottom of your shocks). If you are getting metallic screeches/chattering from the rear, you can also spray down the leafs in the leaf spring (as they slide on each other) making sure to spray the sides to help it get in between the leafs.

X2 what jordan96xj said. I have Fluid Filmed the last 3 Octobers for the coming winter. Wash it off in April. I had a few squeaks. Like you mostly when going slow pulling in and out of my driveway. Tried a couple things nothing really took. This year, not to long ago I noticed my Jeep was not squeaking. My theory is the Fluid Film.

Bushings need lubrication. As above sounds like it works if its anything like older fords those squeak so loudly but a little lubrication and theyre quiet as a mouse.

Yes, the rubber can be quite loud on metal. Keep in mind, it may take a little time, and perhaps more than one application for the Fluid Film to work its way in between the rubber and whatever it is rubbing against. But that is one good thing about Fluid Film, it creeps very strongly on its own. So given some time, it will make its way into there.
That's why I never use it on battery terminal any more, because eventually, no matter how tight they are, the substance works it way in between the terminal and the clamp and causes problems (the makers say you can, as long as things are tight, but in my experience, it got in after about 5 days, even with things tight).
