My 1996 will randomly rev to the point the exhaust pops and the whole car shakes lightly, it happens while I'm driving and i can't accelerate past the speed i was previously doing, and it also happens at a dead stop, i can sometimes punch the gas peddle and get through it but its rare, i cleaned the IAC, swapped the TPS sensor, and ran all codes (they're all exhaust related), also when I'm at a stop the car will want to lunge forward and ill have to hold the break pedal harder than normal, does anyone know what this could be?
