Spitting and Sputtering
I have an indention (looks egg shaped) on my exhaust manifold in the collector area (where all the pipes come together). Could this be a source/ reason that I get a sputtering when the XJ is running (excessive back pressure)? When it sputters, the exhaust sounds like it chokes or sucks back in. Any help would be appreciated.
