Default Specific problem!!!!

Is there any way of narrowing down death wobble to ONLY happening when you take a hard left corner at 55+ mph or is the whole list of front end parts and alignment and tire balance yada yada yada??? If so, what causes death wobble ONLY if you take a hard left at 55+ mph? It has never done it under any other circumstances since I had it aligned.

My first suspect would be the ball joints on the driver side in that case. But yeah... Really hard to narrow it down to one single thing. I'd definitely start with the ball joints though

As in the ones on the tie rod ends or the ones on the axle that hinge the steering knuckle?

I mean the ones on the steering knuckle. How many miles are on your xj? And do you have any record of them being changed? If you have upward of 100-150k without them being changed, it's probably time

Yep 140k on the dot. Guess I'll be getting my A$$ kicked by my front end in the near future
