Is there any company out there who sells orig equip spark plug wire separators/holders? looking for 94 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl 4.0L. I've looked around online and used the search engine here and did not find any related threads.

You can easley make your own using plastic wire ties to hold them together with one in-between for the spacer. I don't have any photos of mine but have made them for years, you can surely find some on you tube to show you the detail it's very simple and cheap.

Advance Auto Parts, and their ilk, sell wire separators.


Here's an example:

Whatever you do, do not run wires parallel and touching each other. Crossing at a 90 degree (or so) angle is okay.

When I did the spark plug wire routing change TSB on my '94 ZJ ?8 it required additional parts, so I just got OEM parts on line.

Yepper ^^^^ this guy knows... Ive used the zips on mine for years.. When I was a kid I saw them on a boat motor and thought hmmmm..great idea.
