Source for Auxiliary Fan?
Howdy,
My A/C (auxiliary) fan is no longer working, for my Cherokee has been overheating in bumper to bumper traffic. Fortunately for me there's no bumper to bumper traffic around where I live, but it needs to be fixed pronto. Does anyone know a good source for these fans? Or perhaps a Mopar part number? It's been kind of a hard search to find the entire assembly.
Thanks!

make sure you check the CFM rating on the fan. 2500 cfm or higher!! i suggest 3000 cfm personally. but there are fans all over!
are you looking for a JY replacement source tho?

I get a lot of stuff from these guys. Brand new parts and their prices are pretty good compared to my local dealers.
That being said, the electric fan for my 1997 is $273. So a junkyard or aftermarket unit is probably the way to go.

Cool, mine is a '97 as well. If I go with the aftermarket route, can I use the same shroud that I already have? Or are the aftermarket fans complete units that I just screw in? I haven't taken out mine yet so I'm not terribly familiar with it.
