These pictures are of my front coils. There is a little orange yellow thing that moves freely inside the coil and the other sponge thing on the left coil is in between the two coil. The first picture is the right side where the thing is moving freely and the second picture is the sponge wedged between the coil like a spacer.

 

That looks like your bump stop broke off and is just rolling around in your coil. It's not that big of a deal. I don't have any bumpstops.

its a bump stop... not a big deal just don't bottom out...
